Our products are manufactured according to our product specifications. With the principle of being responsible for customers, we make product warranty commitments as follows:

The artificial turf supplied by Leling TaiShan Artificial Industrial Co.,Ltd, is guaranteed against defects in workmanship from the date of delivery under normal conditions of use. Our products warranty performance is guaranteed within warranty period and meets the application requirements.

Our company products warranty period will be different, due to diversity of material, Site properties and the local sunshine intensity，As shown in the following table:

Note 1: The product warranty period will be reduced 5% in the 5-a-side or 7-a-side football field. And it will be half such as football fields for renting business. Within the above the warranty period, if the synthetic turf damage is caused by product quality problems, our company will be responsible for it for free.

1:We will not afford the cost fee except the synthetic grass .The terms “Synthetic Turf warranty content”, shall only include products quality defects issues (such as discoloration, disfigurement, weathered).We will do the remedy of repair or replacement after checking and confirming by both. Synthetic turf is considered a consumable product; therefore, this warranty excludes normal wear and tear.They depend on local the frequency of use of artificial turf and the local climate

2: This warranty only applies to the product itself not including the relevant accessories, freight and labor cost of installation and others

3.For repairs and maintenance services out of warranty scope, we only charge the corresponding costs.

This guarantee shall not cover any defects, failure or damage in or to the Synthetic Turf, which is:

1.Improper use, such as

-Used in the occasions beyond the designing and installation purpose, such as it should be used for sports ,but instead of non-sports fields

-Subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or damaged directly damaged, directly or indirectly, including but not limited to, on account of, , vandalism, spiked shoes, sports equipment, etc.

-Excessive use, such as small, basketball venue D and so on, will reduce the durability of products than the normal use of the site or area.

2. Improper installation:installed, repaired, altered or replaced by any person other than a qualified installer; improper or faulty sub-base preparation, brushing machine exceeding running at time of installation , the use of unqualified infilling materials and etc

3.Improper maintenance, such as the use of corrosive cleaning agents, solvents, use of non-professional maintenance machinery caused quality defects of maintenance. Not informed our company before repairing or replacing the turf.

5.Force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, serious chemical pollution, etc.

1.This warranty will take effect from the date of delivery;

2.After receiving the goods, the buyer should inspect the quality, specifications or quantity in conformity with the stipulations of the contract in time.If not ,the buyer must notify our company within 15 days.

Excess of the prescribed deadline and the absence of written questions submitted in a timely manner will not be accepted

3. Quality issues should be submitted within 15 days from the date of discovery of the alleged defect.If quality problems under warranty, the users should provide the relative documents firmly attached infilling materials, installation date, and lawn installation company name, quantity, product samples and at least three photos show problem clearly and other materials;

4.If the user or owner repair or replace turf without the our company written agreements, this warranty will immediately terminate force.

Leling TaiShan Artificial Turf Industry Co.,Ltd will be endeavors to handle all warranty claims promptly and professionally.Claims out of this warranty are null and void.

Without our consent, this warranty is not transferable.
